Goodenough Island is the westernmost of the D'Entrecasteaux Islands, Papua New Guinea, shown in this December 2019 Planet Labs satellite image monthly mosaic (N is at the top; this image is approximately 37 km across). The island has several cones around the outer perimeter of the island, surrounding the metamorphic rocks that form the center.
